01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 1eegame platform — whether through a web browser, mobile application, or any other interface — you enter into a legally binding agreement with 1eegame. This agreement is formed on the basis of these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of 1eegame, including visitors who have not registered an account. The act of accessing the platform constitutes acceptance. If you are registering on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accepting, you are accepting on that person's behalf.

1eegame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page and, where the changes are material, we will notify registered players by email or in-platform message. Your continued use of 1eegame after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02Eligibility

To open an account and use the betting services on 1eegame, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1eegame operates a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 1eegame is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close relative of a 1eegame employee or business partner. Such persons are prohibited from holding player accounts on the platform.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling under any voluntary or mandatory exclusion arrangement currently in force.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met. 1eegame may request documentation at any time to verify eligibility, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or source of funds declaration. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

03Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold one active account on 1eegame. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, 1eegame will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held in them pending review.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1eegame login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. 1eegame will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 1eegame support immediately at support@1eegame.ws.

3.4 KYC Verification

1eegame operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a clear photograph of the front and back of your CNIC — before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative withdrawals exceed a defined threshold. Accounts that cannot be verified will have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

1eegame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following PKR payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied and no platform-side fees are charged on deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 (mobile wallets); Rs 1,000 (IBFT); Rs 500 (cards).
• Maximum single deposit: up to Rs 5,00,000 per day via IBFT.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200.
• Maximum withdrawal: up to Rs 2,00,000 per day (subject to verification level).

4.3 Same-Account Policy

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protects both 1eegame and its players. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis — contact support with your CNIC and a written explanation of the reason for the exception request.

4.4 Processing Times

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed automatically and typically arrive within two minutes of request. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed same business day for requests submitted during banking hours. Card withdrawals take one to three hours depending on the issuing bank. 1eegame operates its payment processing 24 hours a day, seven days a week including public holidays.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for twelve consecutive months. 1eegame will notify you by email before applying any dormancy-related administration fees. Dormancy fees, if applied, will not reduce an account balance below zero. You can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support.

05Betting Rules

5.1 Minimum Bet

The minimum single bet on any market across 1eegame is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market, competition, and individual account status and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing a bet.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed and valid once you have received an explicit acceptance confirmation from 1eegame's system, evidenced by a bet reference number displayed on screen and recorded in your account bet history. Bets that have not received this confirmation have not been accepted.

5.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

1eegame reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted due to a technical error, a human input error, or a manifest pricing mistake — for example, an odds price that clearly bears no relation to the true market probability. Where a bet is voided under this provision, the stake will be returned in full to your 1eegame wallet. 1eegame will not be held liable for any expected profit based on an erroneously posted price.

5.4 Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sporting event covered by 1eegame is abandoned before completion — or before the point at which a valid result can be determined under the relevant sport's governing body rules — all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For postponed events, bets are generally voided unless the match is rescheduled and takes place within 48 hours of the original start time, in which case the bets will stand.

5.5 In-Play (Live) Betting

Live betting markets on 1eegame update in real time. There may be brief delays between a match event occurring and the odds reflecting that event. 1eegame reserves the right to suspend and void live bets placed after a significant event (such as a goal, red card, or wicket) that has already occurred but has not yet been reflected in the odds feed at the moment of bet placement.

5.6 Cash Out

The Cash Out feature on 1eegame allows you to settle a bet before the event concludes. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time based on current market prices. Cash Out is not always available and may be temporarily suspended during periods of fast market movement. Once a Cash Out is accepted, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed.

06Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Principles

Bonuses and promotional credits offered by 1eegame are subject to their own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general principles apply to all 1eegame bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts is prohibited.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the stated expiry period. Unclaimed or expired bonus funds will be removed from your account without notice.
• 1eegame reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit on 1eegame are eligible for the Welcome Bonus as advertised at the time of registration. The Welcome Bonus is limited to one claim per player and is not available to players who have previously held an account on the platform. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

1eegame actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to extract bonus value without genuine sporting risk, exploiting errors in bonus configurations, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, 1eegame may void the bonus and associated winnings and/or suspend the account.

07Responsible Gaming

1eegame takes its responsibility to protect vulnerable players seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players through the account settings section of the platform:

• Deposit Limits — Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on how much you can deposit into your 1eegame account. Limits take effect immediately when lowered; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — Set a cap on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — Receive a notification or automatic logout when you have been playing for a set period.
• Cool-Off Period — Temporarily suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your 1eegame account or exclude yourself for a defined period of six months or more. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1eegame. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, AI systems, or any non-human means to access or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate market outcomes or exploit platform pricing.
• Using inside information not available to the general public to gain an unfair advantage on any market.
• Conducting transactions on behalf of a third party or using payment accounts that do not belong to you.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise any part of 1eegame's technical infrastructure.
• Registering an account if you are self-excluded or otherwise prohibited from gambling.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any 1eegame employee or customer support representative.

09Account Suspension & Closure

1eegame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• The account is being used for prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Closure is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
• The account holder has requested closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawals in progress may be placed on hold until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any funds held during the suspension will be released in full. Where a breach is confirmed, 1eegame may forfeit some or all of the balance in accordance with the specific breach.

Players who wish to close their own 1eegame account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@1eegame.ws. Any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method after KYC verification is completed.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 1eegame platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, odds data, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1eegame or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any 1eegame content without the prior written consent of 1eegame. Scraping odds data, replicating the platform's interface, or republishing 1eegame content on any external website or application is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1eegame and its directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage of any kind.
• Any loss or damage arising from a platform outage, technical failure, or connectivity issue beyond 1eegame's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your use of a third-party payment provider, including mobile wallet services or banking applications.
• Any gambling losses incurred while using the platform, which are an inherent and accepted risk of participation in betting activities.

Nothing in these Terms limits 1eegame's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12Privacy & Data

1eegame collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 1eegame collects data necessary for account operation, identity verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming monitoring, and fraud prevention. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained for the period required by applicable law and our operational needs, after which it is securely deleted.

13Amendments to These Terms

1eegame may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Minor clarifications may be made without individual notification. The current version of these Terms, with the "Last Updated" date shown at the top, is always the version that governs your use of the platform.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your recourse is to stop using the platform and close your account by contacting support@1eegame.ws. Continued use of 1eegame following publication of an updated version constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1eegame is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 1eegame's internal complaints procedure will be referred to the relevant arbitration or regulatory body as required.

Nothing in this clause restricts your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
