Account

Registration on 1eegame is free and takes under two minutes. Go to the Register page, fill in your full name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number, then choose a username and password. Verify your mobile number via the OTP sent to your phone and your account is live. You must be 18 or older to register.

No. Each person is permitted one account on 1eegame only. Duplicate accounts — even under different names or numbers — are detected and permanently banned. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, contact support@1eegame.ws instead of creating a new one.

Log in to your 1eegame account and go to Account Settings → Security → Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm. Changes take effect immediately. If you have forgotten your current password, use the "Forgot Password" option on the Login page.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first large withdrawal. You will need to upload a clear photo of both sides of your CNIC. Go to Account Settings → Verification to start. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. We recommend completing KYC proactively so it does not delay any future withdrawal.

Yes. Go to Account Settings → Personal Details. Changes to your registered mobile number or email require identity verification to protect your account from unauthorised changes. You may be asked to confirm the request via your current registered contact details before the change goes through.

To close your 1eegame account, contact support@1eegame.ws with the subject "Account Closure Request". Your remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure. Note that if you are closing your account due to a gambling concern, using the Self-Exclusion tool is faster and more immediate.

You can log in to 1eegame using either your username or the email address you registered with — so try logging in with your email. If you have also forgotten your email, contact support@1eegame.ws with your full name and registered mobile number and our team will locate your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and place bets on 1eegame. Age is verified at registration and during KYC. Accounts found to belong to under-18 players are closed immediately, deposits are refunded, and all data is deleted. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Deposits

Log in to your account, click "Deposit" from your dashboard, select your preferred payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard), enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. The minimum deposit on 1eegame is Rs 200 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay mobile wallet transactions. The minimum for bank IBFT transfers is Rs 500. Visa and Mastercard minimums may vary depending on your issuing bank's own limits.

No — 1eegame charges zero platform fees on all deposits. The full amount you transfer arrives in your betting balance. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, but 1eegame itself never deducts anything from incoming deposits.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are credited to your 1eegame account within seconds — usually under 30 seconds. Bank IBFT transfers typically take 5–30 minutes during banking hours. Card deposits process in 1–5 minutes. If a deposit has not arrived after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Yes — both JazzCash and Easypaisa mobile wallet accounts are fully supported on 1eegame. These are the most popular deposit methods among Pakistani players because they are instant, widely available, and require no bank account. Your 1eegame-registered mobile number does not need to match the JazzCash or Easypaisa number you deposit from.

First, check your mobile wallet or bank statement to confirm whether the deduction was made. If money left your account but has not arrived on 1eegame after 30 minutes, contact support@1eegame.ws with the exact amount, the time of the transaction, and the transaction reference number from your wallet/bank. Do not re-attempt the deposit until the first one is resolved, to avoid double-charging.

1eegame itself does not impose a maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. However, individual payment methods have their own limits — for example, Easypaisa and JazzCash impose daily and monthly transaction caps on individual mobile wallets. For high-volume deposits, bank IBFT or debit cards typically support larger amounts.

Yes — and we strongly recommend it. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases have a 24-hour delay to protect against impulsive decisions. This tool is free and available to all players at any time.
Withdrawals

Go to your 1eegame dashboard and click "Withdraw". Select your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or card), enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawals to mobile wallets typically process within 2 minutes. See the full guide at Deposit & Withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal on 1eegame is Rs 200 for mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). The minimum for bank IBFT withdrawals is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified (KYC-completed) accounts.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 2 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay take 2–10 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours during banking hours (9am–5pm on working days). If your withdrawal has not arrived within the expected window, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include: pending KYC verification (complete your CNIC verification in Account Settings), an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, a first withdrawal above the KYC threshold, or a routine compliance review. If none of these apply and your withdrawal has been pending for over 2 hours, contact support@1eegame.ws.

1eegame charges zero fees on all withdrawals. Every rupee you withdraw arrives in full. Your receiving bank or mobile wallet may apply their own charges, but nothing is deducted by 1eegame from the withdrawal amount.

For security and anti-fraud reasons, 1eegame requires withdrawals to be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. If you need to withdraw to a different account — for example, if your mobile wallet number has changed — contact support@1eegame.ws and they will guide you through the verification process.

KYC verification is not required for small withdrawals, but is triggered before your first withdrawal above Rs 10,000 or if our compliance system flags your account for review. Completing KYC in advance (Account Settings → Verification) ensures there is no delay when you are ready to cash out. The process requires your CNIC front and back — it is a one-time process.

Verified 1eegame accounts can make up to 5 withdrawals per day. There is no daily cap on total withdrawal amount for verified accounts. If you need to make additional withdrawals beyond the daily limit in exceptional circumstances, contact our support team.
Betting & Odds

1eegame covers cricket (international and PSL), football (local and international), crash games, and fishing games. Cricket betting is the most popular among our Pakistani players, with hundreds of live markets available during major matches including ball-by-ball, over totals, player performance, and match result markets.

Live betting (also called in-play betting) lets you place bets while a match is in progress. On 1eegame, live odds update in real time as the match situation changes — so if Pakistan loses an early wicket, you might get better odds on a Pakistan recovery. Live betting is available on all major cricket matches and PSL games.

The minimum single bet on 1eegame is Rs 50. There is no fixed maximum bet — the maximum stake on any individual market depends on the specific event and market type. High-value bets on major matches may be subject to stake limits to manage liquidity. You will see the applicable maximum stake displayed when you select a market.

1eegame displays odds in decimal format by default. To calculate your potential return, multiply your stake by the decimal odds. For example, if the odds are 2.50 and you bet Rs 1,000, your total return if you win is Rs 2,500 (including your original Rs 1,000 stake). Net profit would be Rs 1,500. Yes — 1eegame supports accumulator bets (also called parlays or multis). You can combine multiple selections from different matches into a single bet slip. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. The potential return on accumulators can be very high since odds multiply, but the risk increases with each additional selection added.

If a cricket match is abandoned or cancelled before reaching the official result threshold (e.g., the DLS minimum overs), all 1eegame bets on that match are voided and stakes are refunded to your account in full. For rain-affected matches where a DLS result is declared, that result stands for match-winner bets unless otherwise noted in the specific market rules.

Yes — 1eegame offers cash-out on selected markets, allowing you to settle a bet before the event concludes. The cash-out value changes in real time based on current match odds. You will see a "Cash Out" button next to eligible bets in your My Bets section. Not all markets offer cash-out, and 1eegame reserves the right to suspend cash-out at any time.

Yes — PSL betting is one of the most popular features on 1eegame. Every PSL match is covered with pre-match and live markets including match winner, top batsman, top bowler, over totals, six markets, powerplay runs, and more. A void bet is a bet that has been cancelled and the stake returned to your account. Common reasons include a match being abandoned, a player or team being withdrawn before the event, a market being settled in error, or a bet being placed on a suspended market. Voided bets are reflected in your transaction history with the original stake credited back.
Bonuses & Promotions

New players who register on 1eegame and make their first deposit receive a 100% match bonus up to Rs 50,000. So if you deposit Rs 5,000, you get Rs 5,000 in bonus funds added automatically — giving you Rs 10,000 to bet with. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The bonus has a 5x wagering requirement and must be used within 14 days. Full terms are shown during registration.

A wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling a certain multiple of your bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling Rs 5,000 before that bonus money can be withdrawn. 1eegame's wagering requirements are among the lowest in Pakistan at 5x.

Log in to your 1eegame account and go to the Promotions section of your dashboard. You will see all active bonuses, the amount remaining, and a progress bar showing how much wagering you have completed versus the total required. Bonus expiry dates are also clearly displayed so you never miss a deadline.

Yes — 1eegame regularly offers reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets on selected events, and enhanced odds during major tournaments like PSL, ICC World Cups, and international cricket series. Eid and other Pakistani festivals are often accompanied by special bonus offers. Check the Promotions section of your account to see all currently active offers.

No — bonus funds must meet their wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. However, any real-money winnings generated from bets placed using bonus funds can be withdrawn at any time (subject to standard KYC requirements). Your 1eegame balance displays both your real-money balance and bonus balance separately so there is no confusion.

If a bonus expires before the wagering requirement is met, the remaining bonus funds (and any winnings made exclusively from those bonus funds) are removed from your account. Your real-money balance is not affected. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated — so it is worth keeping an eye on your Promotions dashboard and meeting the wagering requirement before the deadline.

During registration, there is a "Promo Code" field in Step 3 of the sign-up form. Enter your code there. For existing players, promo codes can be entered in the Promotions section of your account dashboard. Each promo code has its own terms — validity period, qualifying games or markets, and any minimum deposit requirement. Only one promo code can be active at a time.
Security

Yes. 1eegame uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all connections, meaning your login credentials, personal data, and payment information are always transmitted securely. Player funds are held in segregated accounts completely separate from 1eegame's operational finances, so your balance is protected at all times. All payment data is tokenised — card and wallet details are never stored in plain form.

Go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication and toggle it on. You will receive a setup OTP on your registered mobile number to confirm activation. Once enabled, every login requires both your password and a one-time code sent to your phone. We strongly recommend 2FA for all 1eegame accounts — it is the single most effective way to protect your PKR balance.

Act immediately: change your password via Account Settings → Security, end all other active sessions from the Sessions management panel, and contact support@1eegame.ws with the subject "Urgent: Compromised Account". Our security team operates 24/7 and will temporarily lock your account and investigate any suspicious activity. If you cannot log in, call or live-chat support straight away.

Never. No 1eegame employee, support agent, or representative will ever ask for your password — under any circumstances. If anyone claiming to be from 1eegame asks for your password, refuse immediately and report it to support@1eegame.ws. This is a phishing attempt. 1eegame support can assist you in every legitimate way without ever needing your actual password.

Go to Account Settings → Security → Active Sessions. You will see a list of all devices currently logged in to your 1eegame account, with approximate location and device type. Click "End Session" next to any you do not recognise, or "End All Other Sessions" to log out of everything except your current device. Do this immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Responsible Gaming

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Choose your exclusion period (minimum 6 months, up to permanent). Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed within the chosen period. This is by design — it removes the ability to override the decision in a vulnerable moment. If you cannot log in, email support@1eegame.ws with the subject "Self-Exclusion Request" and we will action it immediately.

A cool-off period is a short break from betting without permanently closing your account. You can choose 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or bet on 1eegame. Set a cool-off via Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. It takes effect immediately. Your balance is completely safe during the period.
